1. Service Bookings

All bookings must be confirmed via our booking form, email, or phone. CleanVerge reserves the right to accept or decline any booking.

2. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are provided upfront and are subject to change with prior notice.

• Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.

• Late payments may incur a reasonable fee.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

• Rescheduling is allowed subject to availability.

4. Access to Property

Clients are responsible for ensuring that our cleaners have access to the property at the agreed time. Any delays due to access issues may result in additional charges or partial service.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to provide high-quality service. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Liability

While we take every care during service delivery, CleanVerge is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or wear

• Loss of valuable items not disclosed prior to service

Clients are encouraged to store fragile or valuable items securely before cleaning.

7. Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the CleanVerge website or its content. All content is the property of CleanVerge and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
